I have had a great many business items to attend to the past month, and some serious decisions to make about the micro home business. After recently receiving huge amounts of mail I have finally arrived at a decision about the Micro Home Business. We are going to move forward on a nation-wide basis. We will offer homes that are both on and off the power grid and of various sizes. They will all be our own custom super energy efficient designs, very reasonably priced, and with optional solar electricity, hot water, and heat. I have forty years in the solar business, and know how to design economically priced solar energy systems. In short, our goal is to produce the best and most reasonably priced Micro Home possible. It will have a one year warranty against defective material and workmanship. Anyone who knows either me, or my companies knows how I operate. We have always been totally honest and fair with our customers and have always sold for the lowest possible prices. Just ask our tractor customers!

We have found that we can build and sell these micro homes in the smaller two person sizes for less than$10,000.00 dollars, and we intend to do it. Larger models will of course be more money.

I am seeking people that are interested in starting their own Micro Home manufacturing shop using our designs and our solar and other energy saving products. Anyone that does this with us will have to meet certain conditions including having a fully equipped work shop that can be set up specifically for building these units. A contract will be involved to meet our code specifications, materials used, and non compete conditions. You will be dealing with a nationally branded housing product. Agreements must be signed etc.

Please, if you do not have operating capital and a sufficient indoor workshop do not apply.
